Passed my A+ OS and Core hardware exams.I was going to give it all up after the death of my mother but tried hard to get my mind back on track and finish the course.I am now pleased I did stay with it .I am now back to my usual routine and have started my Network course.

In my last two examinations I have acheived 90% or over I'm confident I will acheive the same in my next exam. I'm really enjoying the course,I never new anything about computers before I started this course.I wish I had started it sooner, as I have many goals I wish to acheive from this course.I realise I am proberley not progressing as fast as other students this might be because I have a full time job as a printer and a two year old son.I also have another baby girl on the way, this makes studying hard as I don't get as much time as I would like to get through my course but I am trying my hardest because this is something I really want to do.

Enrolling in the course of N+ and CCNA was one of the best things I have done for myself. I didn't even know about Cisco before and now I am glad I took this course.
I know now that there is a lot more to the IT field in Engineering than just the user friendly GUI / user friendly interfaces.

I thought that doing studies on your own time would be easy and just work around your own schedule but that is not always especially when it comes to things you have to memorise when you don't have the physical device in front of you to work on.

I made great results and feel really proud of myself with keeping up with my coursework trying to make it one of my main priorities. Recently I came to the UK on a student visa doing full-time studies at London-college MCSE and SQL plus now I have to Scheidegger courses and to make things more difficult I can only do part time work trying to pay my rent and food. There is not alot of time for studies since I am working in lots of different locations where I get work in the last 4 weeks I worked in London , Basingstoke and now in Scotland where I have to go back in 2 weeks to continue my courses in London.

I have to use public computers or go to friends houses to get Internet access to do my course work. Sometimes it can be a wait to get access to a PC cause of timing, library closed or friends away or asleep since it is late at night. Also there is not alot of sociable time to go out or catch a movie with friends.

Still with all the hard time I'm having I am still maintaining my intense pace of studies trying to get one chapter done a day and revision of four chapters every Friday. I never take a day off from studies and don't stop even when I am done submitting my assignments; I just keep going and going waiting for my results to submit my next TMA. My goals is high, to be one of the best and make sure I know my work.

Whilst working in hard and arduous conditions in Afghanistan, I have managed to successfully complete my CompTia N+ syllabus and begin the first part of my CCNA course. With poor living conditions, which include constant power failures resulting in limited internet connectivity I have perservered and achieved, what I believe to be good TMA results. In addition with the new skills I have learnt, I seem to be the point of contact amongst my fellow colleagues when internet connectivity becomes an issue, and I have managed to resolve many issues for them, as the internet is the only real link with friends and family back home in the UK.

Since I have started the course I have acheived results beyond what I thought I could. I restarted the course when I sent for the undated version which I find is more in depth and the troubleshouting section is a great help.my TMA scores have ranged from 87% - 100%.All this studying is undertaken while holding down a perminent nightshift job and visiting my children at weekends.since the studying I have been able to help friends family with a variety of pc problems with either hardware or sorfware which I am improving all the time.Hopefully when I have completed some more coursework I will apply for partime jobs to get more experience in this field of further employment

I started my course in January 2007 and was eager to get learning, so I started tma01 of my comptia a+ certification. I have been under great pressure whilst doing my course as my partner was diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo surgery. I have been looking after my partner and our 3 year old daughters needs and have still managed to stay focused and complete my assignments within my goal times. I am now studying tma05 and have received 90% pass rates on my previous assignments. I believe that I have made a great achievement whilst under great pressure and worry and I will continue to study so I can oneday have the dream job I always wanted.

Since doing this course I have greatly improved my knowledge and understanding of the course as I am progressing further through it. Also managed to help a few people with problems on their computer, and also installing a few things into a desktop pc which consists of; RAM, Hard-Drive / DVD-RW Combi and a few upgrade so other O/S. I've noticed a significant change in percentage of the results I've recieved back for the assignments.

I studied for and passed my Comptia A+ last year. It took me a couple of months longer than I would have liked, probably because, at 50 years old, I was very much out of practice at studying. After all, I had been left full time education for 32 years! However, I feel I am getting better, and I persevere more. I am studying the Network + course and feel I am coping pretty well despite the extra pressures of knowing that I am going to be made redundant from the job I have had for the last 28 years. I expect to do the N+ exam in May (maybe sooner!) and then it is onto the CCNA course. I can't wait.

I am doing the TMA s as fast as they are being marked at the moment.and my scores are pretty good.not bad for a man who works 60 hours a week as a nurse plus got 2 kids and a girlfriend to contend with.I am really enjoying the course and a new pc or some vouchers would really make my day

Working on the Microsoft Certified Cisco Engineering course (MCCE) and I am now working on the CompTIA Network+ Certification Windows Server 2003 (NetMaster) and also working on PC Hardware and Maintenance - Essentials (CompTIA+ Certification which is the 2006 Objectives and I am enjoying this course alot because I always wanted to work in the IT field. Did it in the US Navy as a communicator in which my qualifications will help me out for the future and I will keep up with the course. I can't wait to get my Certification.
